Full payment is required to secure your reservation. Once booked, your date is locked in and your guide is scheduled.

Reservations

Full payment is required to secure your reservation. Once booked, your date is locked in and your guide is scheduled.

Cancellations & Refunds

• 14 Days in Advance: Cancellations made at least 14 days before your program are eligible for a refund.

• Less Than 14 Days: We’ll issue you a credit for a future Equalized Climbing program, valid for the current season.

• Less Than 48 Hours or No-Show: We’re unable to offer a refund or credit. At this point, your guide has already packed the gear, blocked off the day, and maybe even brewed the good coffee.

• Last-Minute Bookings (within 48 hours): Non-refundable, but we’ll do everything we can to make it a worthwhile session.

Weather Policy

We keep a close eye on the forecast and collaborate with you in decision-making.

• Rock Climbing: Programs run rain or shine, unless there’s a forecasted 40% chance of rain or more within 24 hours of your climb. If weather forces a cancellation, you’ll have the option to reschedule at no extra charge.

• Multi-Pitch Objectives: May be adjusted for safety depending on weather and conditions. We’ll stay in touch and work with you to make the best call.

Trip Insurance

We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect your investment, especially for multi-day programs or travel-heavy plans. Providers like Berkshire Hathaway and Forbes Travel Insurance Search are great places to start.

Other Details

• Dogs: We love them, but not on the crag. Please leave your pup at home for everyone’s safety and focus.

• Transportation: We do not provide transportation. Participants are responsible for getting themselves to and from the meeting location.

• Less Than 30 Days: We’ll issue you a credit for a future Equalized Climbing program, valid for the current season.
